On what it takes to be successful as a Rhino Shield dealer, Williams said “charisma and discipline.”
“You have to be great in sales — a people person,” said Williams, “but you also must have discipline in managing the business. A good dealer has to be able to sell and the discipline to monitor and manage operations.”
