We are thrilled with our Rhino Shield experience. From our initial meeting with Jennifer to the final walkthrough, we were very pleased with the entire process. The crew, led by Marcio, was outstanding. Marcio checked in with us every morning and again every evening, updating us on their progress and discussing their plans for the next day. They truly went above and beyond in repairing the walls and cracks of our 42-year-old home. We are so glad we chose Rhino Shield. The coating will last for years and will also benefit the next owner.

I can’t say enough, how refreshing it was to work with Marc on a project where there was mutual respect, excellent communication and high-quality work. We had the exterior of our home painted with a unique color that took some time to get it right. We also picked the one week that it rained in Phoenix to paint our house and Mark handled all these challenges without breaking a sweat.

The Rhino Shield group did a tremendous job from the very first phone call conversation, to the estimate, and ultimately the team that painted our garage. The painting team did a perfect job and are very hardworking, nice people. We are so impressed with their work. Every time I look at the garage, I am so thankful for their precision. This is the second time we've used Rhino Shield and we are equally impressed with their work they did initially. Our house and Carriage House still look perfect and that was done in 2019. The paint truly endures. It is certainly an investment, but you end up saving money in the end because you don't have to repaint every couple of years.

From start to finish, the process went very well. Everyone, from the salesperson (Nancy) to Jesse, to Israel and the paint crew, was respectful. After I selected a color for the house, I was not certain it was a good color. Israel was very patient as he helped me select a different color. It was perfect! Just what I wanted! The painters were efficient and very good at their job. I was able to walk the perimeter and check everything. They cleaned up before they left. I am so pleased; I just stand there and look at the house. It looks new again! I highly recommend the process and the company!

From Rhino Shield's first visit to our home for a quote to the final cleanup after our project was completed, all reps from Rhino Shield have been great to work with. The project quote process was fully transparent, and they provided a great demonstration of this product which was a huge selling point for us. Imer and Omar were our prep and paint technicians And they did an outstanding job. The house looks fabulous and their cleanup afterwards was immaculate.
